Return & Exchanges

To be able to return, please provide us with the following information:

  • Order number
  • The picture of the item(s) you want to return 
  • Your request: return for exchange or refund

Please email to shopicedi@gmail.com, or DM @shopicedi to get a return address. Please do not return the package without permission from Ice Di .

Return /exchange should be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and have the original leather packing.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).

  • There are NO return/Exchanges on Custom products.
Cancelling your order: 
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order after it has been placed.
 Once you receive your item(s) you can request a return within 14 days, information on how to do this is at the top of the page.
